Eyes are not only attractive part of our face but they are very important part of our body. Eyes are beautiful till your eye sight is good. Otherwise you will get stuck in lenses or glasses. Today I am going to share some natural tips to improve vision or foods for healthy eyesight.

Tips to improve eye sight
  1. Add 1 tablespoon honey in 20gm aloe vera juice and mix it. Drink this in empty stomach daily. You will get results in some days.
  2. You can wash your eyes with rose water
  3. Keep 1 litre water in copper jug for overnight and drink this water in morning. This is not only good for your eye sight but also for your health.
Foods to improve eye sight
  1. Carrots

Carrots are full of lutein, beta-carotene and Iycopene that protect the eyes from macular degeneration.

  1. Green Leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are very good for eye sight, it includes cabbage, spinach, lettuce, and all other green vegetables.

  1. Zuchini

Zuchini is rich in lutein and zeaxanthin. It protects the retina and lessening the risk of cataracts.

  1. Onion and Garlic

Onion and garlic are not only enhanced taste of your food but they also act as eye antioxidant.

  1. Tomatoes

These contain two important components for eyes lycopene and lutein. They also provide antioxidants to your body.
